Introducing devanchor: I’m building my products in public

For a while my projects lived in scattered places — a landing page here, a repo there, a half-written changelog nobody saw. devanchor fixes that. It’s the single place where I build my products in public: what I’m shipping, what’s working, what isn’t, and the real numbers behind it.

The name is simple. dev + anchor — a development anchor. A stable point to build from, and a hub where everything I make is tied together.

What you’ll find here

• The products. Two are live today:
  • Régie — plan and auto-publish to every social channel from one calendar.
  • Skilance — a freelance marketplace with 0% commission: a flat subscription, and you keep 100% of what you bill.
• The projects. Earlier-stage bets I’m exploring in the open — like Volant, a driver-first ride-hailing platform (still at the validation stage, no code yet).
• A live dashboard. Real signups, real revenue (gross and net), real usage. Starting from near-zero, because that’s honest — and because watching it grow is the whole point.
• A roadmap. What I’m working on next, kept in sync with what actually ships.
• This blog. The story as it happens: decisions, mistakes, and the boring plumbing that makes products work.

Why build in public

Two reasons. First, accountability — it’s harder to quietly abandon something when the progress (or the silence) is visible. Second, honesty compounds: sharing the real numbers, even small ones, builds more trust than a polished page that says “20,000+ users” when it isn’t true.

So the numbers here will be real, even when they’re tiny. Especially when they’re tiny.
